About 

I retired from the United States Marine Corps with the rank of chief warrant office and went into civilian law enforcement. After 27 years with the department, I retired as a sergeant from Prince George’s County Police. I’m now a tenured professor at CSM, teaching homeland security and criminal justice courses.
