About
I'm a native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, but have enjoyed living in various parts of the Mid-Atlantic region. Currently, I reside in Calvert County, Maryland, with my beautiful wife and two amazing kids. My career has included "Big 4" public accounting and several senior management roles in the nonprofit sector. I enjoy leadership and strategy, as well as digging through financial weeds. These days, I enjoy gardening, cooking, coaching intramural basketball, and spending time with my family. You'll find me rooting for Philly sports and acting snobbish about coffee.
Educational Background
I have a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with a minor in economics, from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland. I have also been licensed as a CPA, although I am not currently active.Q&A
I'm linear by nature so I like to work through material methodically, but I also enjoy mixing things up from time to time to keep it interesting. I share personal stories and experiences to help reinforce content and may sneak in a dad joke if you're not paying attention.
