About

After retiring from private practice and Medstar Health as a pediatrician in Waldorf, I felt called to give back to the community. I am proud to help aspiring healthcare providers prepare for their future careers.

Educational Background

I am a product of Washington, D.C., public schools and continued undergraduate studies in medical technology at Northeastern University in Boston. I attended medical school in the Philippines at Far Eastern University/Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation. I did my internship at the University of Kentucky, followed by residency at Johns Hopkins University's St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore.

Q&A

"We cannot teach people anything; we can only help them discover it within themselves." -Galileo Galilei, astronomer

Students have various ways to optimize their learning and comprehension, and I hope to inspire and motivate them to pursue their individual hopes and dreams.

I enjoy biking, hiking, swimming, golfing, and, more recently, pickleball.

I volunteer at St. Columbia Catholic Church and School as a lector and Eucharistic Minister, and I am a member of the Knights of Columbus.
