CSM Offers Virtual Registration Assistance Sessions to Help Students Get Started
The College of Southern Maryland (CSM) is making it easier for new students to begin their academic journey with confidence during several virtual registration assistance sessions.
Admissions will lead the sessions to simplify the process of registering for classes and walk through how to access the CSM tools and resources available to set students up for success.
Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and seek additional one-on-one support.
The sessions will cover topics including:
- Setting up student myMail account
- Learning where to find course materials for day one
- Searching for class section times and dates
- Registering for classes that have been scheduled
- Changing course schedule in the future
- Finding financial aid information through Student Planning
- Setting up a payment plan through Student Planning
- Paying for registered classes
- Purchasing books
Participants need to have access to their my.CSMD account and have completed placement test alternatives prior to registering for courses.
