Course Description

This course in strategic planning is focused on the essentials of starting a nonprofit organization. Structured as a primer for those who wish to gain an initial understanding of best practices, legal and financial requirements, important documents, and other essential planning tools, this course will enable participants to develop a strong foundation and actionable plan for their new nonprofit. Anyone who has wondered what is involved in starting a nonprofit will find this course a meaningful learning experience. The instructor for this class is Kristopher Madore, an attorney and Standards for Excellence® Licensed Consultant.  

Please note: Registration for this class closes at midnight on Monday, Jan. 23.  Registration needs to be in the name of the person attending the class.

Madore is barred in Maryland and Washington, D.C., has an MBA and MSM, and is a Certified Nonprofit Consultant and Standards for Excellence® Licensed Consultant.
