Course Description
This course in strategic planning is focused on the essentials of starting a nonprofit organization. Structured as a primer for those who wish to gain an initial understanding of best practices, legal and financial requirements, important documents, and other essential planning tools, this course will enable participants to develop a strong foundation and actionable plan for their new nonprofit. Anyone who has wondered what is involved in starting a nonprofit will find this course a meaningful learning experience. The instructor for this class is Kristopher Madore, an attorney and Standards for Excellence® Licensed Consultant.
