Clarity Cafe features an array of coffee drinks and house specialty beverages, including in-house specials such as the Clarity Latin Latte, Cinnamon Roll Lattes, Café Mochas, and hot chocolate. They serve espresso beverages with cappuccinos, shot-in-the-darks, and macchiatos, as well as a rich assortment of teas, iced coffee and chai lattes, iced teas, refresher drinks that are all made fresh in-house, and other seasonal drinks, such as lemonade and hot apple cider. They also serve pour-overs, cold brews, smoothies, and frappes.

Pepsi is CSM’s Exclusive Beverage Provider
CSM has contracted with Pepsi Beverages Company. This agreement gives PepsiCo beverage pouring rights and allows them the exclusive right to promote and distribute beverages throughout the campuses.
As part of the agreement, a comprehensive lineup of beverages are available, including Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Mountain Dew, Lipton Ice Tea, Gatorade, Propel, and Aquafina which can be conveniently purchased through the CSM College Stores at all campuses, the dining facilities on the La Plata Campus, college-wide vending machines, and concessions. Pepsi products can be ordered through CSM Catering on the La Plata Campus, other food service providers, or purchased directly from local grocery stores. As the college’s exclusive beverage provider, please remember that only Pepsi products can be served at college events and meetings.
