  • For our Accounting Agreement, CSM students must:
    • Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting.
    • Maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
    • Earn a grade of "C" or better in courses that fulfill program requirements. Courses used to fulfill only general education requirements are eligible for transfer if students have earned a grade of "D" or better.
  • For our Applied Mathematics Agreement, CSM students must:
    • Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Science in Mathematics and Science, Mathematics Concentration.
    • Maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
    • Earn a grade of "C" or better in courses that fulfill program requirements. Courses used to fulfill only general education requirements are eligible for transfer if students have earned a grade of "D" or better.
  • For our Biochemistry Agreement, CSM students must:
    • Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Science in Mathematics and Science, Biology Concentration.
    • Maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
    • Earn a grade of "C" or better in courses that fulfill program requirements. Courses used to fulfill only general education requirements are eligible for transfer if students have earned a grade of "D" or better.
  • For our Biomedical Engineering Agreement, CSM students must:
    • Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Science in Engineering.
    • Maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
    • Earn a grade of "C" or better in courses that fulfill program requirements. Courses used to fulfill only general education requirements are eligible for transfer if students have earned a grade of "D" or better.
  • For our Business Administration Agreement, CSM students must:
    • Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Science in Business Administration.
    • Maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.

  • For our Chemistry Agreement, CSM students must:
    • Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Science in Mathematics and Science, Chemistry Concentration.
    • Maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
    • Earn a grade of "C" or better in courses that fulfill program requirements. Courses used to fulfill only general education requirements are eligible for transfer if students have earned a grade of "D" or better.
  • For our Communication Agreement, CSM students must:
    • Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Arts in General Studies: Communication.
    • Maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
    • Earn a grade of "C" or better in courses that fulfill program requirements. Courses used to fulfill only general education requirements are eligible for transfer if students have earned a grade of "D" or better.
  • For our Criminal Justice Agreement, CSM students must:
    • Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Arts in General Studies: Criminal Justice.
    • Maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
    • Earn a grade of "C" or better in courses that fulfill program requirements. Courses used to fulfill only general education requirements are eligible for transfer if students have earned a grade of "D" or better.
  • For our Cybersecurity Agreement, CSM students must:
    • Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Applied Science in Cybersecurity.
    • Maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
    • Earn a grade of "C" or better in courses that fulfill program requirements. Courses used to fulfill only general education requirements are eligible for transfer if students have earned a grade of "D" or better.
  • For our Digital Media Production/Film and Moving Image Agreement, CSM students must:
    • Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Arts in Digital Media Production.
    • Maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
    • Earn a grade of "C" or better in courses that fulfill program requirements. Courses used to fulfill only general education requirements are eligible for transfer if students have earned a grade of "D" or better.
  • For our English Agreement, CSM students must:
    • Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Arts in General Studies: English.
    • Maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
    • Earn a grade of "C" or better in courses that fulfill program requirements. Courses used to fulfill only general education requirements are eligible for transfer if students have earned a grade of "D" or better.
  • For our Human Services Agreement, CSM students must:
    • Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Applied Science in Human Services.
    • Maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
    • Earn a grade of "C" or better in courses that fulfill program requirements. Courses used to fulfill only general education requirements are eligible for transfer if students have earned a grade of "D" or better.
  • For our Medical Laboratory Science Agreement, CSM students must:
    • Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Applied Science in Medical Laboratory Technology.
    • Maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
    • Earn a grade of "C" or better in courses that fulfill program requirements. Courses used to fulfill only general education requirements are eligible for transfer if students have earned a grade of "D" or better.
  • For the Nursing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), CSM students must:
    • Meet application requirements for CSM as a degree-seeking student during the time they are enrolled in the AS degree portion of the curriculum.
    • Meet the application requirements for SU as a degree-seeking student during the entire time they are enrolled in the Associate to Bachelor's program.
    • Be dually enrolled at CSM and SU for the time period during which they are earning their AS degree in Nursing.
    • Meet programmatic screening requirements.
    • Pass the NCLEX-RN examination prior to enrollment in SU NURS 424: Health in the Community.

  • For our Theatre and Media Performance Agreement, CSM students must:
    • Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Arts in Arts and Sciences: Theater and Dance.
    • Maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
    • Earn a grade of "C" or better in courses that fulfill program requirements. Courses used to fulfill only general education requirements are eligible for transfer if students have earned a grade of "D" or better.
  • For the General Admissions Agreement, CSM graduates will receive a 20% tuition discount for Stevenson's University's School of Graduate and Professional Studies Adult Undergraduate programs. 
  • For the Medical Laboratory Science Agreement, CSM students must graduate with the Associate of Applied Science in Medical Laboratory Technology and possess the American Society for Clinical Pathology certification in order to have General Chemistry II waived.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING GENERAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AT STEVENSON UNIVERSITY

Stevenson participates in general education block transfer. Students entering Stevenson with an A.A., A.S., or A.A.T. degree from a Maryland community college will have met all of Stevenson's general education requirements, with the exception of a second composition course if not already taken. Not all programs are eligible for block transfer.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING CAREER AND TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION COURSES (TECH PREP) AT STEVENSON UNIVERSITY

Tech prep credits will not transfer.
  1. I am receiving federal or state financial aid. How will participating in Stevenson's ATB Program impact my financial aid? While you are taking classes at CSM and Stevenson University at the same time, your financial aid will be processed through Stevenson's financial aid office. You should contact Stevenson's financial aid office to see what options are available to assist with your CSM and Stevenson courses. You are responsible for making payment arrangements for your CSM classes directly, as Stevenson will not send any payment to CSM on your behalf.
  2. I am receiving Veterans' Benefits to assist with paying for my tuition. How will participating in Stevenson's ATB Program impact my VA Benefits? While you are taking classes at CSM and Stevenson at the same time, your classes at both institutions can be submitted to the VA for payment, provided the courses are required for your bachelor’s degree program. You should contact both Stevenson and CSM’s veterans offices to determine how to use your VA benefits for your Stevenson and CSM classes.
