About Kappa Beta Delta
Kappa Beta Delta was established in 1997 as the international honor society for business students at associate degree-granting institutions accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). Only schools with ACBSP-accredited business programs — like CSM’s accounting, business administration, and business management pathways — are eligible to host a chapter. Being part of KBD signifies membership in a respected community of high achievers and lifelong learners.
At CSM, KBD honors students who have demonstrated outstanding academic performance, leadership potential, and professional promise. Inductees are part of the top 20% of their business cohort, reflecting the society’s commitment to excellence, integrity, and personal growth.
