Articulated Program Requirements:
- To qualify for the Business Administration Transfer Agreement, CSM students must:
- Graduate with an Associate of Science in Business Administration
- Possess a grade point average of at least 2.0 (a C average)
- To qualify for the Computer Science Transfer Agreement, CSM students must:
- Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Science in Computer Science.
- To qualify for the Criminal Justice Transfer Agreement, CSM students must:
- Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Arts in General Studies: Criminal Justice.
- Maintain a 2.0 cumulative grade point average.
- To qualify for the Cybersecurity Transfer Agreement, CSM students must:
- Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Science in Computer Science.
- To qualify for the Sports Management Transfer Agreement, CSM students must:
- Graduate from CSM with an Associate of Science in Sport Management.
- Complete the requirement coursework outlined in the articulation agreement.
- Guaranteed Admissions for CSM students who:
- Submit the BSU Application for Admission at least six months prior to the start of the semester they wish to enroll.
- Satisfy all other BSU admissions requirements.
- Graduate from CSM with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.
- Enroll at BSU within one year of graduating from CSM without attending another institution of higher education.
- To qualify for the Reverse Transfer program, the student
- Must transfer a minimum of 45 credits, with a minimum of 15 of those credits earned at CSM.
- Possess a minimum of a 2.0 average GPA at both BSU and CSM or the minimum GPA requested for CSM's program of study.
- Express interest in the program when filling out their transcript request form at CSM with the intent to transfer to BSU.
Articulated Program Benefits:
- The Guaranteed Admission program is also available for part-time students.
- BSU will waive the transcript fee when transcripts are sent in conjunction with the Reverse Transfer Agreement.

Bowie State University Virtual Info Sessions
Bowie State University is offering Virtual Transfer Admissions Information Sessions. Sessions are designed for students who have or are currently attending a two or four-year institution after graduating from high school and are interested in transferring to Bowie State University. The Transfer Admissions Team will provide information regarding the transfer application and admission process, program offerings, and scholarship opportunities. Please be advised, transcript evaluations will not be conducted by the Transfer Admissions Team.
